Prepare Your Project Brief →Key points for your project
For glossary, use the following points to organize a project conversation. Record which requirements are agreed, which need a sample review and who is responsible for each decision.

OEM / ODM
OEM commonly starts from buyer specifications; ODM includes development from an offered direction. Actual scope and rights require agreement.
Last / Upper / Outsole
A last defines a shaping reference; the upper covers the foot; the outsole is the external ground-facing sole component.
MOQ / Tech pack / Approved sample
MOQ is an order quantity condition; a tech pack records technical requirements; an approved sample needs an identified version and approval scope.
