WEISHENG / SOURCING SERVICES

Footwear Factory CoordinationKeep specifications, decisions and responsibilities connected.

Footwear manufacturing involves several interdependent stages. Weisheng’s integrated manufacturing-and-trading approach values communication across development, materials, upper processing, assembly, finishing and packing, with the actual manufacturing partner and coordination scope defined for the project.

01 / SERVICE DISCUSSION

Use one agreed basis across production discussions

The company profile identifies material sourcing, cutting, upper processing, stitching, lasting and assembly, finishing, inspection and packing as typical footwear stages. Gaps between these stages can create misunderstandings; a shared specification and decision record help keep the project discussion clear.

01

Confirm the manufacturing scope

Identify which party undertakes each development or production task. Record the agreed contact, product reference and work scope before assuming that a proposed partner has accepted responsibility for the full order.

02

Carry approved requirements forward

Connect sample approvals, material references, construction, sizing, logos and packing details to manufacturing discussions. Keep versions identifiable so an earlier sketch or unapproved sample does not replace the current basis.

03

Coordinate milestones and questions

Discuss material readiness, sample decisions and relevant production-stage milestones. Record information sources and unresolved questions instead of presenting an estimate as confirmed production progress.

04

Manage proposed changes

When a material, construction or schedule change is proposed, identify its reason and likely effect. Agree the approval route and whether samples, testing, pricing or delivery planning need revision.

03 / INFORMATION & RECORDS

Keep the coordination record usable

Responsible partiesManufacturer, buyer, Weisheng scope and relevant contacts.
Product basisApproved sample, specification version, materials and packing references.
Milestone statusReported stage, source, date, open questions and dependencies.
Decision trailChange request, impact review, approval and next action owner.

04 / PROJECT PREPARATION

Agree the route before promising a date

Production planning depends on style complexity, material availability, available capacity and delivery requirements. A coordination plan should make these dependencies visible. Confirm dates and responsibilities with the actual parties in the quotation, order documents or contract.

Partner factories, machinery, workforce and output are not represented as Weisheng-owned assets. No fixed production capacity, delivery guarantee or right to direct another business is asserted.

05 / COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions buyers often clarify

Does factory coordination mean the factory belongs to Weisheng?

No. The responsible manufacturer and its scope must be identified. Ownership or capacity statements require supporting evidence before they can be attributed to Weisheng.

Can a coordination update replace an order amendment?

Important changes should be reviewed and recorded in the documents appropriate to the project. A progress conversation alone should not be assumed to amend product or commercial terms.
