Start With the Details.
Agree the Quality Expectations.
Define materials, samples, sizing and workmanship requirements with Weisheng, then agree inspection scope and third-party testing arrangements for your project.
Discuss Quality Requirements →Eight areas for quality planning
Set priorities for the product, destination market and order scope. Confirm standards, responsible parties, timing and costs for the individual project.
Quality Planning
Agree specifications, sample versions, review scope, records and responsibilities at the start of the project.
Material Inspection
Compare materials, colors, appearance and dimensions with the agreed reference. Review and approve substitutions.
Sample Evaluation
Record feedback on shape, construction, appearance and workmanship, with clear sample versions and open improvements.
Size & Fitting
Discuss size range, measurement methods, fit feedback and intended requirements. One sample does not establish performance across all sizes.
Stitching & Assembly
Review stitching, component alignment, bonding appearance and assembly details against agreed requirements, and record open issues.
Final Inspection
Review appearance, quantities, sizing, labeling and packaging at the agreed stage. Define sampling and acceptance criteria in advance.
Third-Party Testing Coordination
Discuss testing needs, samples, costs and third-party arrangements for the product, materials and destination market. Passing results are not assumed.
Compliance Documentation
Identify required documents for the product and destination, and verify origin, validity and scope. Supplier documents are not presented as Weisheng-owned certification.

Three reviews. Different questions.
Sample Evaluation
Supports development decisions and improvements. It is not acceptance of an entire production batch.
Order Inspection
Reviews the agreed specifications, sampling scope and acceptance criteria. It does not represent inspection of every unexamined item.
Third-Party Testing
Reports results for the submitted sample, tests and methods. Read the report for its actual scope.
Keep a clear record from requirements to review
Weisheng provides development, manufacturing coordination, supply-chain coordination and trading services. Define the responsibilities of the inspection party, manufacturing partner and third-party testing provider separately. Supplier equipment, capacity or certification is not presented as Weisheng-owned, and page imagery is not quality or compliance evidence.
Make expectations clear before work begins
Identify confirmed requirements, items still requiring testing and questions needing buyer or manufacturing-partner confirmation.

Quality and testing questions
Does Weisheng own a laboratory or certification?
This page makes no unverified claim of an owned laboratory or certification. For third-party testing or supplier certificates, verify the entity, documentation and applicable scope.
Will every product pass destination-market testing?
Passing cannot be guaranteed in advance. Define product use, materials and market requirements, then agree the test plan, samples and third-party arrangements. Actual results determine the outcome.
Can you work with our inspection requirements?
Provide specifications, inspection requirements, sampling methods and acceptance criteria. Confirm the feasible scope, responsible party, timing and costs after project review.
How are sample or quality issues handled?
Record the product, batch or sample version, issue photographs and deviations. Discuss responsibility, corrective steps and review milestones under the agreed arrangements.
