CHOOSE YOUR DEVELOPMENT ROUTE

Define the support your project needs

Clarify what you already have, what needs development and who is responsible for each part of the project.

01

OEM Project Coordination

Start with your design, technical pack or sample. Discuss materials, construction, workmanship and inspection standards. Manufacturing partners and responsibilities are confirmed for each project.

02

ODM Development Directions

Review style references, materials, construction and color changes for your destination market. Confirm design origin, usage rights, permitted changes and development responsibilities.

03

Private Label Planning

Discuss logo application, insoles, labels, shoe boxes and packaging. Brand permissions, method feasibility and costs are reviewed individually.

PREPARE YOUR DEVELOPMENT BRIEF

Prepare the details for an initial review

You can start a conversation with open questions. We can identify missing details before treating a concept as a confirmed production specification.

  • Design files, tech pack, references or physical sample
  • Destination market, intended use, sizes and fit
  • Materials, construction, colors and performance needs
  • Logo, packaging files and brand permissions
  • Estimated quantities, budget direction and timing
  • Testing requirements, design rights and confidentiality

Custom development questions

How do I choose OEM or ODM?

Discuss OEM coordination if you have an established design and technical specification. Discuss an ODM route if you need a style direction or development changes. The reviewed project scope determines the work.

Are designs automatically exclusive?

Exclusivity is not assumed. Design origin, usage rights, tooling ownership and exclusivity terms must be reviewed and agreed in writing.

Does sample approval guarantee production readiness?

Samples support evaluation and approval. Production feasibility, material availability, costs, MOQ and timing still need confirmation before an order.

Is there a standard MOQ, price or lead time?

These depend on construction, materials, quantities and methods. The project quotation and agreement set the confirmed commercial terms.
